Caitlyn C. - Hospital Manager

Caitlyn joined Hubbell Animal Hospital in 2023, beginning her journey in a blended Veterinary Assistant and Office Manager role. Through her dedication to team development and client experience, she progressed into the Office Manager position and now proudly serves as Hospital Manager. Caitlyn is passionate about servant leadership and finds great fulfillment in fostering strong relationships within the team while continuously improving the experience we provide to our clients and patients.

Having grown up on the East Side of Des Moines, Caitlyn is especially proud to serve the East Des Moines community through her work at Hubbell Animal Hospital. Her veterinary medicine journey began as a kennel assistant in general practice, followed by experience as a receptionist at an emergency veterinary hospital, before ultimately finding her home with Hubbell Animal Hospital. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors and crocheting. Caitlyn shares her home with her dachshund–Yorkie mix Kota, her dachshund Lady May, and two cats, Binky and Swiftie.
